Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Base Molecule (“Base Molecule,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to this website and any order, purchase, account, subscription, communication, product, document, or service made available through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.
The Privacy, Cookie, Shipping & Delivery, Returns/Refunds/Cancellations, Subscription, Research-Use, and COA/Chain-of-Custody Policies are incorporated by reference. If an order-specific term conflicts with a general policy, the more specific accepted term controls to the extent permitted by law.
1. Research supply only
Base Molecule supplies products solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, and non-clinical research. Products are not medicines, drugs for personal use, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or consumer health products. They are not offered for human or animal consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention, or other clinical or veterinary use.
Nothing on the website is medical, veterinary, dosing, compounding, reconstitution, treatment, or safety advice. Product information describes research context only and does not represent clinical benefit, safety, efficacy, or suitability for any particular use.
2. Purchaser eligibility and authority
You represent that you are at least 21, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and—when purchasing for an organization—have authority to bind that organization. Products may be handled only by personnel whose education, training, and experience qualify them to understand the applicable chemical, health, environmental, storage, handling, and disposal risks.
3. Purchaser representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) the purchase is for a legitimate lawful research or analytical purpose; (b) the product will be controlled in an appropriate laboratory or research setting; (c) neither you nor any other person will use it for a prohibited purpose; (d) your information and stated research purpose are complete and accurate; (e) purchase, possession, receipt, handling, storage, transfer, export, disposal, and use are lawful in every applicable jurisdiction; and (f) you will maintain appropriate records, safeguards, supervision, and disposal procedures.
4. Prohibited uses and transfers
You may not use, direct, recommend, promote, distribute, or make products available for human or veterinary use; personal experimentation; compounding or preparation for administration; food, beverage, supplement, cosmetic, household, or clinical use; diagnosis or treatment; resale to consumers; relabeling; repackaging; unauthorized export; or any unlawful purpose. You may not provide dosing, injection, reconstitution, cycle, or personal-use instructions in connection with a Base Molecule product.
5. Verification, refusal, and cancellation
We may request organizational details, research credentials, intended-use information, business addresses, permits, end-user information, or other documentation. We may refuse, hold, limit, or cancel an order or account when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, suspicious, prohibited, or presents legal, safety, payment, sanctions, export, fraud, or reputational concerns. Acceptance of payment does not require us to complete an order; amounts collected for a cancelled order will be handled under the applicable payment and refund rules.
6. Regulatory status
Unless expressly stated in an applicable final regulatory authorization, products are not approved, authorized, evaluated, or inspected by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use. Base Molecule is not a pharmacy, medical provider, compounding pharmacy under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or outsourcing facility under section 503B. No website statement or certificate changes a product’s regulatory status.
7. Product information and analytical reports
Product names, strengths, specifications, photographs, summaries, availability, and documentation may change. A certificate or analytical report applies only to the sample, product, strength, report identifier, methods, and lot stated in that document. Purity does not establish content, sterility, endotoxin status, safety, efficacy, FDA approval, or fitness for human or veterinary use. Third-party source reports are not represented as certificates for a Base Molecule lot unless the displayed records establish an exact lot and chain-of-custody match.
You must inspect the product label and applicable documentation and resolve any discrepancy before use. Do not rely on a report from another product, strength, sample, or lot.
8. Hazards, handling, and storage
You are responsible for conducting an appropriate risk assessment and obtaining and following applicable safety data, institutional procedures, protective equipment, containment, storage, transport, spill-response, and disposal requirements. Unknown or incompletely characterized substances must be treated with appropriate caution. Website storage information does not replace batch documentation, an SDS, professional judgment, or legal requirements.
9. Orders, pricing, payment, and taxes
All orders are offers subject to acceptance, availability, verification, quantity limits, and these Terms. We may correct errors or cancel affected orders. Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and payment terms are displayed at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge all disclosed amounts and are responsible for applicable taxes except those imposed on Base Molecule’s income.
10. Shipping, delivery, and inspection
Available destinations, carriers, processing estimates, restrictions, shipping charges, risk of loss, and title rules will be stated in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Inspect every shipment immediately. Report damage, shortage, incorrect labeling, temperature concern, or other nonconformity within 48 hours after recorded delivery and preserve the packaging, product, photographs, and shipping records. Do not return any product without written authorization.
11. Returns and refunds
Because chain of custody and product integrity cannot ordinarily be re-established after delivery, returns may be restricted. The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy state the controlling notice, evidence, authorization, remedy, exclusion, delay, and undeliverable-order rules and are incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If subscriptions are offered, the product, frequency, price, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any promotional period will be displayed clearly before consent. By separately accepting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. A retainable acknowledgment will be provided. Online subscriptions may be cancelled online without obstructive steps before the next stated processing deadline. We will provide notices required by applicable law for renewals, promotional periods, material changes, and price changes. Cancelling stops future orders and does not ordinarily reverse an order already processed.
13. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account to protect users, records, systems, payment integrity, legal compliance, or the public.
14. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The website and its original text, design, software, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Base Molecule. Laboratory reports and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and stated limitations. You may not scrape, copy, modify, impersonate, interfere with, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code into, or exploit the website except as permitted by law or written authorization.
15. Privacy and electronic communications
The Privacy Policy and Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy describe our collection, use, disclosure, retention, security, tracking, and privacy-right practices and are incorporated into these Terms. By providing contact information, you consent to transactional electronic communications concerning accounts, orders, safety, documentation, and these Terms. Marketing communications require any consent mandated by applicable law and will include the required opt-out method.
16. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, INFORMATION, DOCUMENTATION, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BASE MOLECULE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT A PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR RESEARCH, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASE MOLECULE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, RESEARCH, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, DOCUMENTATION, SHIPPING, OR THESE TERMS. EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, BASE MOLECULE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM AN AFFECTED ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCT. NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY WHERE A LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Base Molecule and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your prohibited use, unlawful transfer, breach of these Terms, inaccurate representations, or violation of another person’s rights.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Venue will be located in Los Angeles County, California. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located there, except that either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. Each party waives trial by jury to the extent that waiver is knowing, enforceable, and permitted by law. Any dispute provision must be presented through conspicuous assent and cannot eliminate non-waivable rights.
20. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary and the remainder will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; Base Molecule may assign them in connection with a lawful reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer of the business. Events beyond reasonable control may excuse delay to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and order-specific terms, form the entire agreement regarding their subject matter.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. The current effective date and material-change notice will be displayed as required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes Base Molecule’s practices for this website, accounts, orders, subscriptions, support, compliance review, and related communications.
1. Information we collect
We may collect identifiers and contact details; account credentials; organization, role, purchasing authority, and research-use information; order, product, subscription, shipping, return, refund, and support records; payment and transaction details supplied by a payment processor, but not complete payment-card numbers stored by us; device, browser, IP address, log, cookie, and interaction data; communications and preferences; fraud, compliance, sanctions, and verification records; and inferences used for security, eligibility, and customer support.
2. Sources
Sources include you; your organization or authorized representative; website interactions and cookies; payment, authentication, hosting, analytics, communications, shipping, fraud-prevention, and compliance providers; carriers; laboratories and suppliers when relevant to an order or report; and lawful public or commercial records.
3. Purposes
We use information to operate and secure the website; create accounts; verify identity, authority, eligibility, and lawful intended use; process payments, orders, subscriptions, shipping, returns, and refunds; provide support and batch documentation; prevent fraud, misuse, diversion, and prohibited transactions; maintain chain-of-custody, product, tax, audit, recall, and legal records; communicate transactionally; send marketing where permitted; improve services; enforce agreements; protect rights and safety; and comply with law.
4. Disclosure
We may disclose information to service providers and contractors supporting hosting, authentication, payment, tax, fraud prevention, compliance, analytics, communications, customer support, fulfillment, carriers, laboratories, professional advisers, insurers, and records management; to counterparties in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer; and to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary for law, process, security, fraud prevention, rights, safety, recalls, or enforcement.
5. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
Base Molecule does not sell personal information for money. If advertising or analytics technology constitutes “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method and honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where required. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of persons under 16.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use necessary technologies for security, routing, cart and account functions, preferences, and checkout. With any consent required by law, we may also use measurement or advertising technologies. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not uniform; we respond to legally recognized opt-out signals as described above. Other parties may collect activity over time and across services only when their technology is present. See the Cookie Policy.
7. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, considering order and chain-of-custody traceability, product complaints and recalls, tax and accounting rules, payment disputes, fraud prevention, safety, legal obligations, limitation periods, and consent records. Retention periods vary by record; data is deleted, deidentified, or securely archived when no longer reasonably necessary, unless law permits or requires longer retention.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and risk. No system is completely secure. Do not send complete payment-card data, government identification, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or contact forms.
9. Your choices and rights
You may update account information, manage communications, and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy where applicable. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent prospectively, and opt out of marketing, sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where the law provides those rights. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right. Requests may be subject to identity and authority verification and lawful exceptions.
10. California notice
During the preceding 12 months, the categories collected may include identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; professional or employment-related information; communications; and inferences. We collect these categories from the sources and for the purposes above and disclose them for business purposes to the categories of recipients above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. If Base Molecule becomes subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents may exercise the rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit qualifying sensitive-information use, and receive equal service. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to verification.
11. Children
The website and products are intended for qualified purchasers age 21 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
12. Marketing communications
Marketing email will identify the sender, use accurate routing and subject information, include a valid postal address once activated, provide a clear opt-out method, and honor opt-out requests within the legally required period. Transactional and safety communications may continue when necessary.
13. International use
The service is directed to the United States. Do not provide information or place an order from another jurisdiction unless international access and required notices have been expressly enabled.
14. Changes and contact
We will post the revised policy and effective date and provide additional notice when legally required. Submit privacy requests through the Contact page using “Privacy Request.” We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small browser-stored files. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server logs. They may recognize a browser or device, preserve settings, support security, and measure use.
2. Categories
Strictly necessary: routing, security, fraud prevention, accessibility, cart, checkout, account, and consent settings. Functional: language, saved preferences, and convenience features. Analytics: aggregated or device-level measurement of performance and interaction. Advertising: campaign measurement, audience selection, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Current deployment
The current site uses browser storage for cart and eligibility-confirmation state. Production hosting, authentication, payment, fraud-prevention, and security providers may set necessary technologies. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will not be activated where consent is required until the required preference controls are available.
4. Choices
You may use browser controls to delete or block technologies, although necessary functions may stop working. Where required, the site will provide a preference control before optional technologies are used. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable. A browser “Do Not Track” setting is not treated as an opt-out unless applicable law requires it or a recognized standard makes it operable.
5. Third parties and updates
Third-party technologies are governed by the applicable provider’s terms and privacy notices, subject to our contracts and legal duties. We will update this policy when the technologies or purposes materially change.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Eligible destinations
Orders are accepted only for delivery to a valid address within the United States where the product and intended research use are lawful. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, mail-forwarding services, reshippers, hotels, or addresses that cannot be verified. We may restrict a product or destination, require an adult signature, or cancel an order following compliance review.
2. Order review and processing
Payment authorization does not constitute acceptance. Each order may be reviewed for purchaser eligibility, intended use, address consistency, fraud, sanctions, export, quantity, and other compliance concerns. Accepted in-stock orders ordinarily enter fulfillment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. A stated processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
3. Shipping charges and carrier
Available services, charges, and any signature requirement are disclosed at checkout before payment. We select the carrier and service shown in the order confirmation or a commercially reasonable equivalent. We do not guarantee carrier estimates unless we expressly provide a written guaranteed-delivery commitment.
4. Shipment timing and delays
We will have a reasonable basis for every stated shipment time. If no shipment time is stated, we will ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order. If we cannot ship within the stated time—or within 30 days when no time was stated—we will send a delay notice and request consent to the revised date, or cancel the unshipped portion and issue a prompt refund as required by law. A customer who does not consent to a delay may cancel the affected unshipped item for a full refund, including allocable shipping charges.
5. Address changes
Submit an address correction before fulfillment begins. We cannot promise that a change can be made after an order enters fulfillment. The purchaser is responsible for complete and accurate delivery information. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from a discretionary refund where lawful.
6. Delivery and risk
Tracking is provided when available. Risk of loss and title pass only as permitted by applicable law and the controlling shipping terms. A carrier scan alone does not eliminate a valid claim for nondelivery. We may require reasonable evidence and cooperate with the carrier before providing a replacement or refund.
7. Inspection and temperature exposure
Inspect the parcel, seals, labels, product count, lot information, and condition immediately upon delivery. Unless the label or order confirmation expressly promises temperature-controlled shipment, ordinary ambient transit does not by itself establish nonconformity. Quarantine any product with a broken seal, label discrepancy, visible damage, leakage, suspected contamination, or material temperature concern; do not use it.
8. Reporting a problem
Report damage, shortage, incorrect product, label discrepancy, or suspected transit compromise through the Contact page within 48 hours after recorded delivery. Include the order number, affected product and lot, photographs of all packaging and labels, and a description of the issue. Preserve the complete shipment while the claim is reviewed. This notice period does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
9. Refused, unclaimed, and undeliverable parcels
Do not refuse or abandon a parcel without written instruction. If a parcel is returned as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or incorrectly addressed, we will evaluate whether product integrity and chain of custody permit any remedy. Original shipping and documented return-carrier costs may be deducted where lawful, except when the return resulted from our error.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
1. Product-integrity rule
Research materials generally cannot be restocked after delivery because storage, handling, tamper status, and chain of custody cannot be independently re-established. For that reason, change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and returns of conforming products are not accepted.
2. Eligible order issues
We will review timely, supported claims involving an incorrect item or strength, missing item, material shipping damage, broken seal on arrival, material label discrepancy, or other failure to conform to the accepted order. A laboratory result or dissatisfaction with research performance is not by itself proof of nonconformity; analytical disputes require the product, lot, method, laboratory, sample custody, and report to be evaluated.
3. Notice and evidence
Notify us through the Contact page within 48 hours after recorded delivery. Provide the order number, product, strength, lot, photographs of the outer parcel, shipping label, internal packaging, vial, cap, seal, and alleged condition, plus any relevant temperature or carrier record. Retain every item and all packaging. Do not ship anything back until we issue written return authorization and instructions.
4. Available remedies
After verification, we may replace the affected item, refund its purchase price and applicable tax, refund reasonable allocable shipping, or provide another remedy required by law. We choose the remedy unless applicable law gives the purchaser that choice. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; store credit will not replace a refund required by law.
5. Cancellations before shipment
A cancellation request may be submitted before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to stop the order, but a request is not effective until confirmed. An order already fulfilled or tendered to the carrier cannot ordinarily be cancelled. We may cancel an order for inventory, pricing, payment, verification, compliance, shipping, or legal reasons and will refund any amount collected for unshipped merchandise.
6. Shipping delays and nondelivery
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will seek consent to a revised date or issue a prompt refund for the unshipped merchandise as required by law. Valid nondelivery claims will be investigated with the carrier and resolved by replacement or refund. Customers are not required to accept a materially different substitute.
7. Noneligible claims
Except where law requires otherwise, remedies do not cover buyer’s remorse; improper storage or handling after delivery; unauthorized return; discarded product or packaging; use contrary to labeling or policy; normal cosmetic variation that does not affect conformity; an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser; or a claim unsupported by reasonably requested evidence.
8. Chargebacks
Contact us first so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or duplicate recovery attempts may result in account restriction and submission of relevant records to the payment provider or authorities. Nothing here limits a lawful billing-error right.
9. Nonwaivable rights
This policy does not restrict rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Subscription & Automatic-Renewal Policy
This policy applies only if Base Molecule offers an item on a recurring-order basis. No catalog listing is a subscription unless checkout clearly identifies it as recurring.
1. Separate affirmative consent
Before enrollment, checkout will clearly and conspicuously disclose the subscribed product and strength, quantity, recurring price, billing and shipment frequency, minimum term if any, how the price may change, how to cancel, and the deadline to prevent the next charge. Enrollment requires separate affirmative consent to the automatic-renewal terms; acceptance of general Terms alone is not treated as subscription consent.
2. Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to the selected payment method at the disclosed frequency until cancellation. Taxes and disclosed shipping charges may apply to each order. A failed payment may pause or cancel the subscription; we will not use a materially different payment method without lawful authorization.
3. Retainable acknowledgment
After enrollment, we will send a retainable electronic acknowledgment stating the offer terms, cancellation method, and contact information. The acknowledgment will be sent promptly and before the first recurring shipment where required.
4. Renewal and promotional notices
We will provide advance reminders and notices required by applicable law. For California customers, this includes notice 3–21 days before expiration of a qualifying trial or promotional price lasting more than 31 days, notice 15–45 days before renewal of a qualifying initial term of one year or longer, notice of material changes or fee changes before implementation, and an annual reminder for annual plans. Notices will identify the product, charge amount and frequency, and cancellation method.
5. Cancellation
A subscription accepted online may be cancelled online at will through a prominently located account control or an immediately accessible, preformatted cancellation email, without obstructive retention steps. Authentication may be required for account security, but an offline cancellation method will remain available. Cancellation is effective immediately for future renewals, subject to an order already processed before the disclosed cutoff.
6. Cutoff, skip, and changes
Cancel, skip, or modify at least 48 hours before the displayed renewal-processing date to prevent the next order. If processing has already begun, the current order is governed by the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Available frequencies or prices may change prospectively only after legally required notice.
7. No subscription assurance
A subscription does not guarantee inventory, price permanence, regulatory availability, or order acceptance. Every recurring order remains subject to purchaser verification, geographic restrictions, quantity controls, and the Research-Use & Acceptable-Use Policy.
8. Records and support
We will retain the version of the offer accepted, consent event, date and time, acknowledgment, notices, charges, and cancellation record for an appropriate legal and operational period. Use the Contact page for subscription assistance.

Research-Use & Acceptable-Use Policy
1. Scope and eligibility
Base Molecule products are supplied only to purchasers age 21 or older for lawful laboratory, analytical, or non-clinical research. Purchasers must possess the training, facilities, supervision, controls, and authority appropriate to the material and work. We may require institutional information, credentials, intended-use details, permits, or end-user documentation.
2. Permitted use
Permitted use is limited to controlled research, reference, analytical, method-development, or other lawful non-clinical laboratory activity consistent with the label, available safety information, institutional rules, and applicable law.
3. Prohibited use
Products may not be used, prepared, compounded, recommended, promoted, sold, transferred, or administered for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention, supplementation, cosmetic use, personal experimentation, or clinical use. Dosing, cycling, reconstitution, injection, or personal-use instructions may not be requested, supplied, or distributed in connection with a Base Molecule product.
4. Prohibited diversion and resale
No consumer resale, marketplace resale, relabeling, repackaging, concealment of origin, unauthorized export, transfer to an unverified end user, evasion of quantity or geographic controls, or use of a freight forwarder is permitted.
5. Safety and records
The purchaser must conduct a documented risk assessment; review available safety and batch documentation; use appropriate containment, protective equipment, storage, access control, spill response, transport, and disposal; maintain acquisition, custody, use, transfer, and disposal records; and promptly report material label discrepancies, suspected contamination, diversion, or safety issues.
6. Screening and enforcement
We may verify information, request documentation, impose limits, hold or cancel orders, suspend accounts, preserve records, and report suspected unlawful conduct when appropriate. False purchaser representations or prohibited use constitute a material breach and may result in permanent refusal of service.
7. No professional advice or regulatory approval
Website content and analytical reports are not medical, veterinary, dosing, compounding, legal, or safety advice. A product name, literature reference, laboratory result, or purity value does not establish safety, efficacy, sterility, regulatory approval, or suitability for human or animal use.

COA, Batch Documentation & Chain-of-Custody Policy
1. Exact-match rule
A report applies only to the sample, product, strength, lot, method, dates, laboratory, and client identified in that report. A report for another supplier, client, lot, strength, or sample is not represented as a Base Molecule batch certificate.
2. Source reports
Third-party source reports may be displayed unchanged for transparency. They remain identified by their original client and lot and do not establish that current Base Molecule inventory was sampled or tested unless a documented exact match and chain of custody exist.
3. Base Molecule batch release
A batch may be represented as independently tested only after receiving records connect the supplier lot to an internal Base Molecule lot; a representative sample is selected, sealed, logged, and submitted under tracked custody; the laboratory authenticates the accession and final report; authorized personnel review the result against the release specification; and the released units remain traceable to that lot.
4. Scope of results
Identity, purity, and content are different measurements. Purity alone does not establish quantity, sterility, endotoxin level, residual solvents, microbial quality, safety, efficacy, or fitness for any use. Only tests expressly listed in the report are represented.
5. Records
Relevant records may include supplier qualification, purchase and shipping records, receiving date and condition, quantities, photographs, seal status, handler, storage location, internal lot assignment, sample-selection record, tamper evidence, carrier tracking, laboratory accession, methods, raw-data availability, final report, review, release decision, fulfillment lot, complaints, and disposition.
6. Corrections and recalls
If documentation is incorrect, superseded, questioned, or no longer attributable to the inventory, we may remove or relabel it, quarantine affected stock, notify purchasers, investigate, retest, correct records, or initiate a withdrawal or recall. Archived versions will be preserved when required for audit or legal purposes.
7. Independent verification
Qualified purchasers remain responsible for determining whether the report scope is adequate for their research and may arrange independent verification using a documented sampling and custody process.
